Breet (Crypto Platform)

Leading a Multi-Channel Content System for Scale, Consistency, and Organic Growth

Context

Breet operates in a fast-moving, highly competitive crypto environment where content is not optional — it is infrastructure.

The challenge wasn’t producing content. It was building a system that could educate users, support acquisition, and drive retention across multiple channels without breaking consistency or quality.

Objective

The content function needed to operate as a scalable growth system, not an ad-hoc publishing pipeline.

Key outcomes:

  • Build consistency across all content channels
  • Align content with user journey stages (awareness → retention)
  • Maintain SEO performance while scaling output
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across formats and contributors

Strategic Approach

As Content Marketing Lead, I owned the end-to-end content system, spanning strategy, editorial direction, SEO oversight, and cross-functional execution.

This included:

  • Content system design and governance
  • Editorial and SEO quality control
  • Multi-channel content orchestration
  • Team alignment and workflow structure
  • Performance oversight and iteration

System Architecture & Execution

1. Content Strategy & Editorial System Design

Built and managed a structured content engine to ensure predictable output and strategic alignment.

  • Designed monthly editorial roadmap in Notion
  • Mapped content to full user journey (acquisition → activation → retention)
  • Led recurring ideation and planning cycles
  • Standardised content formats across blog, email, push, and social

2. Multi-Channel Content Production System

Established a consistent publishing cadence across multiple platforms.

  • Owned weekly SEO blog publishing (original long-form content)
  • Oversaw additional SEO articles from internal and external writers
  • Managed social content output (multi-post weekly cadence)
  • Directed push notification and in-app messaging workflows
  • Supported email content production and sequencing

3. SEO Governance & Content Quality Control

Ensured all content met performance and discoverability standards.

  • Enforced SEO optimisation across all blog outputs (metadata, structure, targeting)
  • Conducted periodic content audits to identify decay and optimisation opportunities
  • Maintained quality thresholds across readability, originality, and intent alignment
  • Refined internal linking and topical relevance across articles

4. Cross-Functional Alignment

Content performance depended on tight coordination across teams, which I directly managed.

  • Aligned with growth and community teams on messaging priorities
  • Coordinated with design for content rollout across channels
  • Managed editorial workflows and ensured timely execution
  • Maintained visibility across all production stages via structured tracking systems

5. Performance Oversight & Iteration

Built a feedback loop between content output and performance signals.

  • Monitored content performance across SEO and engagement metrics
  • Ran periodic content reviews to identify improvement opportunities
  • Refined editorial direction based on user behaviour and search trends

Outcome

  • Maintained consistent publishing across 4+ active content channels
  • Achieved zero missed publishing cycles across production timelines
  • Established a stable, repeatable content system rather than reactive publishing
  • Strengthened SEO foundation while scaling content volume
  • Preserved a clear, human brand voice across a technical industry (crypto)

Impact

  • The content function evolved from a production workflow into a structured growth system — where strategy, execution, and distribution operated as one aligned engine.

This reduced dependency on ad-hoc execution and created predictability in output and consistency in quality.

Capability Demonstrated

  • Content Systems Design & Editorial Operations
  • Multi-Channel Content Strategy (Blog, Email, Social, Push)
  • SEO Governance & Organic Growth Alignment
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination
  • Scalable Content Production Architecture

Selected Writing

If your content output depends on constant coordination instead of a working system, it’s likely a structural problem, not a creative one.
